Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of the DB4 device you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's integrity and data-wipe the disk, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
